The Serbian Singing Federation proudly sponsors 3 major events annually: Choral Festival - a two-day concert featuring performances by member choirs. It is held in the latter part of May and alternates between east and west. Choral Workshop - a three-day seminar for both director and singer that will enlighten and inform participants in musical instruction. The development and uniqueness of Serbian music, both liturgical and secular, is its primary focus. The Sunday Divine Liturgy affords workshop participants the opportunity to implement what they have learned by either directing or singing. The workshop site rotates around the North American continent to enable all singers an opportunity to participate. Convention - a two-day meeting that reviews and conducts the business of the Federation. Goals for the coming year are established and election of officers takes place annually. Each choir is permitted two delegates to serve as an active voice representative of their membership. The convention is held in the latter part of September and alternates between east and west.
